Responsibilities
Co-facilitate and facilitate clinical interventions as appropriate to level of training and education
Completes all documentation in the electronic medical record as required by the organization’s policies and procedures
Participates in staff meetings and/or peer consultations to plan and/or review and update client's treatment plan based upon their needs, progress and/or problems
Complete all necessary documentation and experiences required by the academic institution where the student is enrolled
Serves on ad hoc and community committees as requested
Assists with general office duties when necessary (i.e. answering telephone, copying, etc.)
Read pertinent professional literature as well as applicable procedures and regulations
Qualification
Required
Be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program at an accredited college or university
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification is required, (and can be obtained during orientation.)
