Responsibilities

Manage marketing programs and projects, creating strategic and tactical plans to ensure successful launches
Provide product support for key brands, including product launches, sampling, ad campaigns, promotions, and trade show preparation
Collaborate cross-functionally within Marketing and across departments to optimize marketing efforts
Develop tools and resources for the sales force to enhance customer interactions
Assist with budget reconciliation, invoice processing, and marketing material approvals
Participate in trade shows and educational conferences, including booth staffing
Prepare presentations and analyze market data for senior management
Monitor competitor strategies and provide insights to leadership
Support quality and regulatory processes, including managing customer complaints

Required

BA/BS degree required; Marketing, Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or Engineering preferred
Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in data analytics, marketing tools, and social media strategies

Preferred

Previous internship or related experience is a plus
