Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze inbound supply chain performance – track lead times, PO status, shipment status, transit performance, and on-time shipment and delivery metrics
Maintain KPIs and dashboards for performance, on-time delivery, and inbound logistics costs
Support special projects focused on supply chain visibility, digital transformation, or sustainability initiatives
Identify process and system improvement opportunities within NetSuite to optimize inbound workflows, reduce costs, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams (e.g., sourcing, warehouse, production) to ensure efficient flow of materials
Optimize transportation and freight operations, including carrier selection, routing, and consolidation opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Analyze supply chain data using NetSuite and other tools to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiencies & visibility
Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management on inbound supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in inbound supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP with experience in procurement, inventory, and order management modules
Solid understanding of logistics, freight forwarder management, and supplier relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with other ERP systems or supply chain software (e.g., Flexport)
Solid understanding of international logistics, incoterms, customs processes, and freight management
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
