Responsibilities

Collaborate with specialist teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, including advertising, digital experiences, content, email marketing, social media, webcasts, podcasts, and videos
Run always-on activity, deliver strategic initiatives, and leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actionable optimizations to drive measurable results
Manage external vendor relationships (advertising, publishers and creative agencies) and central teams, ensure alignment with brand standards, and directly manage or mentor junior team members to deliver industry-leading marketing experiences

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
5+ years of related work experience managing projects and marketing campaigns within a corporate marketing department or direct and digital agency
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Track record of working closely with sales and business development teams to achieve measurable results
Ability to function as a leader and subject-matter expert on marketing strategies and tactics
Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels
Ability to inspire confidence of senior stakeholders
Dynamic, forward-thinking, creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Ability to perform strategically

Preferred

Experience in the financial services industry, asset management, private markets or B2B preferred
Relevant platforms workflow/project management software including JIRA, or other
