Assist in writing reports for department initiatives

Support the facilitation of museum advisory councils
Collaborate with departments across the museum
Understand components of community development internally and externally
Learn about departments and their roles
Learn about and assist with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Assist with ERG Celebrations
Support accessibility initiatives across the museum
Develop and facilitate workshops to support staff development
Assist with facilitating meetings
Qualification
Required
Interest in learning Crystal Bridges and the Momentary's organizational policies
Ability to communicate written and verbal
Interest in project management
Strong organizational abilities
