Responsibilities
Conduct phone and/or physical premium audits to ensure that the payroll and sales figures of insured are accurately tabulated against the policy estimates for premium determination
Demonstrate that the insured is classed appropriately for all lines of business being audited
Investigate and verify the premium base exposures according to policy contract terms, manual rules, company filings, and procedures; knows audit options for insured
Build and maintain working relationships with agents, insureds and coworkers; request information, answer questions by telephone, email and written communication
Develop and update procedures by compiling and entering data for reviews/reports and systems
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
General Insurance Certificate/ Associate in Insurance Service (AIS)
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position
