Takeda is a pharmaceutical company seeking a Data Digital and Technology (DD&T) intern. The intern will assist in improving operational efficiencies and innovative solutions for the manufacturing site by collecting and organizing data, supporting compliance, and using digital tools.

Responsibilities

Help collect, clean, and organize data from manufacturing systems

Support compliance with industry regulations like GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11

Assist in using digital tools to improve daily operations and data tracking

Automate simple tasks using tools like Python or Power Automate

Create basic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Power Automate

Help write or update standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required

Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business Analyst related discipline (ex. Computer Science, Management Information Systems)

Basic understanding of VB Script or Java Script

Familiarity with Python or SQL

Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Power automate, Power BI and Excel

Basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in business

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)

Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering

Highly reliable and strong team player

Flexible with attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented and organized, especially in documentation and reporting

Good communication skills especially when working with non-IT departments

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship

Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later

The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames

Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
