Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for IT Operations, including production monitoring, and enterprise systems support

Develop and implement IT operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a proactive and resilient IT environment

Collaborate with CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to define service-level expectations and drive continuous improvement

Oversee enterprise-wide monitoring of critical applications, infrastructure, and services to ensure system performance, availability, and resiliency

Establish best-in-class monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards for proactive detection and resolution of issues

Lead incident and problem management processes to minimize downtime and ensure timely root-cause analysis

Drive automation and AIOps initiatives to enhance monitoring and reduce manual intervention

Define and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests

Implement knowledge management, self-service portals, and modern support tools to improve efficiency and end-user satisfaction

Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous service improvement

Ensure IT Operations complies with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and security best practices

Partner with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and resilient technology environment

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT Operations team, fostering professional growth and accountability

Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer service excellence

Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts related to IT operations and service delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

12+ years of progressive IT operations experience, with proven expertise in production monitoring, IT service management, and enterprise operations

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, monitoring platforms, and service desk technologies

Experience with automation, cloud platforms, and modern IT operations practices (e.g., AIOps, DevOps)

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
