Responsibilities

Analyze product, SKU, and customer mix to identify margin expansion opportunities
Use data analytics to identify market trends, cost input changes, competitive dynamics, and cost impacts
Recommend portfolio adjustments including SKU rationalization and new product introduction
Develop pricing strategies across branded, private label, and co-manufacturing channels
Lead recurring business reviews tracking revenue, margin, and pricing performance
Collaborate with Operations to align mix, pricing, and capacity/CAPEX considerations. Maintain demand and capacity model
Calculates and analyzes monthly variances to budget and prior year
Reviews and facilitates updates to the company’s cost standards for raw materials, packaging and finished goods
Ad hoc financial analysis
Continuously improve / streamline / automate work processes, reports, and analyses
Develop trade promotion strategies as required
Facilitate customer pricing negotiations and long-term price-pack architecture strategy
Partner with Sales on key account strategies, selling narratives, and pricing proposals

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5 years of experience in data-driven, analysis heavy roles; experience in manufacturing and/or consumer products is a plus
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Ability to extract and analyze data within an ERP system
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Results-driven with a track record of delivering measurable improvements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
