Build and maintain features across mobile, web, and API surfaces
Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and product discussions
Learn from and contribute to a growing engineering team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building modern web or mobile applications
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Familiar with React Native or eager to build cross-platform mobile apps
Working knowledge of Ruby and Rails
Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs
Collaborative, curious, and excited to learn and grow
Preferred
Experience working in healthcare or with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment
Experience working with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) and/or gRPC for service communication
