Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management of the spatial genomics product portfolio
Support the implementation of tactical marketing plans
Participate in the creation of new content for the website
Help develop product positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral to conduct outbound marketing activities that promote our product portfolio
Learn how to analyze key performance metrics from marketing campaigns
Work with senior marketing members to launch new products and retire old products
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with senior marketing members to define product requirements, prioritize features, and support product roadmaps
Partner with R&D, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Support internal training and presentations to enable sales and marketing teams

Required

Requires a Ph.D. in biological sciences or related discipline; M.S. will be considered
Requires minimum of 3 years postgraduate laboratory experience
Ability to present information with clear written and verbal communication skills is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills
The ability to work as part of a team is required

Preferred

Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing and spatial genomics techniques
Prior experience in marketing, field application science, technical support or related roles within the life sciences industry
