Responsibilities
Process and track client orders from entry to delivery
Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and delivery timelines
Handle backorders, product availability issues, or shipment delays
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication via email, phone
Assist clients with account-related inquiries including billing, returns, or product usage
Provide product or service information tailored to client needs
Help onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup or training
Assist with cash collections as needed
Handle and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve problems
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client experience
Relay client feedback to product development or operations teams
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
College degree is preferred, or related experience
Must be accountable, patient, and coachable
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Quick learner who is result-oriented and curious
Must possess attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere
Good listener with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
