Responsibilities
Administration of all network equipment
Configuration of switch port and firewalls
Network support for local site as well as other sites
Solarwinds monitoring
Rotating On-call support schedule
Qualification
Required
Must be a US citizen on US soil
2 years of Cisco Switching
1 year of OSPF Routing experience
1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
1 year of DHCP experience
1 year of DNS experience
Preferred
Experience working support tickets, making changes where necessary using the CR process, and escalating issues/concerns to management
Experience providing network operational support to configure and test updates in offices and data centers
Experience performing system maintenance and OS patching
Experience ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Working knowledge of authentication protocols such as TACAS and radius
