DBI Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join their internal development team. This hands-on role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise web applications used across the organization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, and Blazor
Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server and Oracle
Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Telerik controls
Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and other developers to define and deliver new features
Troubleshoot performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and resolve defects
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools
Ensure application quality, security, and maintainability
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong programming experience with: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Blazor
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle
Experience using Telerik UI controls
Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Angular and/or React
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with OnBase ECM
Exposure to enterprise-scale or legacy modernization projects
Experience supporting long-lived production systems
