Required

Candidate must reside in Oklahoma
3+ years' experience in healthcare or managed care or quality management
2+ years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 50% of the time (Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy)
High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)

Preferred

Project management experience
Experience working with providers or members
HEDIS or NCQA experience
Clinical or clinical support experience
Bachelor's Degree (PREFERRED)
