The Compliance Analyst I plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by preparing and submitting regulatory filings while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare compliance applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to filing standards

Research state-specific requirements and contact agencies directly when clarification is needed

Complete filings using the most current client data while proactively clarifying incomplete or ambiguous information

Act as the primary client contact for assigned filings, ensuring a positive and professional client experience

Maintain 90% or higher client satisfaction (CSAT) through clear, warm, and organized communication

De-escalate client concerns and provide proactive updates through email, phone, or video as appropriate

Invoice filing fees and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner

Identify opportunities to recommend additional services based on client needs

Contribute to team retention goals and generate at least one client referral annually
