The Customer Experience Operations Specialist monitors and supports the execution of operational standards across various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Travels and documents visits to assigned stores working with the front end, bookkeeping and pricing teams to ensure that standards meet specified outcomes

Works with leadership to roll out new programs throughout the store and ensure program execution

Demonstrates understanding of store priorities and can anticipate changes

Partners with Department Managers and store leadership in all aspects of department standards and customer experience

Monitors use and frequency of Cub Hub to ensure training objectives are being met and teammates are receiving all company communication

Teach, train and coach front end, bookkeeping and pricing leads

Ensures proper tracking of donations, community involvement, and house charges

Develops and maintains training programs that will ensure the availability of qualified associates to fill respective departments positions in the company
