Responsibilities
Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements
Approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project
Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience or Associate Degree with 10 years experience
You are highly skilled in planning new automation and improving existing automation processes
Enjoy working with production teams to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment and People Development
You are at ease communicating in all levels of our organization
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
