ProSciento, Inc. is seeking a Study Participant Recruiter I for a temporary three-month assignment. The role is responsible for the timely recruitment, screening, and enrollment of qualified study participants for ongoing research studies, as well as supporting recruitment-related administrative and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Speaks professionally to potential study participants to obtain and input accurate and complete demographic and medical information into the Volunteer Database (VDB)

Communicates study details and procedures, addresses questions and concerns, and determines study eligibility based on inclusion and exclusion criteria

Schedules screening appointments for pre-qualified study participants and follows complete screening appointment wrap-up procedures

Updates information from study participant global files into the VDB

Participates in community outreach programs (health fairs, interactions with local professionals, and community advocacy and service groups)

Contributes to the completion of recruitment plan milestones

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

One to three months health industry or customer service-related experience and/or training

Bilingual in Spanish/English is required

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Ability to write simple correspondence

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to potential study participants, managers, and other employees of the organization

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Knowledge of the current MS Office Suite

Knowledge of media and graphics programs
