Responsibilities

Lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches

Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and proactively clearing obstacles to keep progress on track

Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring teams stay aligned on goals, deliverables, and timelines

Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution and transparency

Identify risks early, manage scope changes thoughtfully, and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels

Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in every phase of the project lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid role

Proven success delivering projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Iterative methods

Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, and Microsoft 365

Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and timelines

Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and time management skills

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred

Experience with visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) is preferred

Working knowledge of change management practices and cost-conscious project execution is preferred
