Senior Director, Benefits and Retirement

Responsibilities

Drives accountability across the benefits and retirement function to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives
Communicates the benefits and retirement strategies to senior-level management, guiding the development of strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives
Leads departmental operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of key performance metrics across the benefits and retirement portfolio
Oversees strategic partnerships with external vendors and consultants, including brokers, carriers, administrators, and onsite clinic providers
Defines the strategy for the development of benefits, retirement and wellness programs, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals and the changing needs of team members
Establishes departmental policies and standardized processes to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of benefits, retirement and wellness programs
Champions cross-functional collaboration to embed benefits, retirement and wellness initiatives into broader enterprise strategies
Drives the implementation of targeted improvements to mitigate organizational exposure, ensure compliance, and optimize program integrity and effectiveness
Ensures financial stewardship and alignment of benefits and retirement investments with organizational priorities and cost optimization goals

Required
