Responsibilities
You will rotate through a variety of jobs, including:
De-linking cooked sausage
Bulk sausage packaging
Hand-packing cases
Palletizing/labeling finished product
You will follow Quality Assurance standards to ensure a safe food product
Participate in safety teams and be engaged in safety practices
Develop improvement processes and efficiencies for our production lines
Maintain accurate records and paperwork
Qualification
Required
1-2 years manufacturing experience
You will work in a cold environment (45-50 degrees)
Repeatedly lift up to 40lbs
Wear required personal protective equipment and safety footwear
Most tasks require bending, lifting, and reaching
Stand for long periods of time
