Responsibilities
Define product strategy and roadmaps for complex product areas, in alignment with the broader product vision and goals
Lead customer discovery, analyze product feedback and usage data, and translate insights into actionable priorities
Stay informed of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities to innovate and distinguish the product offering
Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features
Manage product backlogs, releases, and early adopter programs within an Agile environment
Track product performance and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and business results
Communicate decisions and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or platform products
Proven success owning products end-to-end – from discovery through delivery and iteration
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Customer focus and empathy, with a passion for delivering measurable value
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and operate in a fast-paced environment
Resilience and creative problem-solving
Curiosity with capacity to learn quickly
Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Preferred
Print-on-demand or apparel decoration industry experience a plus
