Outside Sales Associate
Signarama Spartanburg is a full service sign center specializing in custom signs. The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting the production and installation process to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsible for driving sales and profitability goals while fostering a positive company culture
Identify new opportunities and adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and customer demands
Effectively manage a defined sales territory to drive new business development and account growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, existing clients and fellow teammates
Make timely, critical decisions that balance the best interests of clients, the company and the team
Monitor quality standards across all phases of production and installation to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system
Collaborate as a team player, driving sales and assisting in production and installation process when needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
