Senior Manager – Rebate Product Owner, Financial Ecosystem

Responsibilities
Own the rebate tool product roadmap with real-time backlog management, ensuring stakeholder alignment and visibility throughout the year
Manage, organize, and prioritize underwriting feedback and capabilities in the product roadmap
Leverage deep understanding of the business to ensure analytical requirements are accurately captured and communicated to key stakeholders
Establish and evolve data-driven insights that inform key outcomes including product health, usability, and accuracy
Maintain and develop controls and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and structure within the application
Drive reporting and training needs for downstream business partners
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional work experience as Product Owner, Business analytics and or Technology Analytics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Preferred
5+ years of professional work experience in PBM/healthcare industry, including Rebate experience (forecasting, trade, etc.)
3+ years leadership experience, either directly or indirectly managing a team and coaching and mentoring a diverse group of colleagues
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience prioritizing work and communicating in a manner that is clear, logical, consistent, and effective
Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across business units within a complex organization
Results-oriented with ability to keep others on task to meet defined goals
Experience building and facilitating presentations to various audiences
Degree related to finance, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics or other data related fields
