Responsibilities
Grow sales with an established base of flooring customers while developing new business within the territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent, trust-based selling
Promote and sell hardwood flooring and related product lines, becoming a knowledgeable resource for customers
Identify opportunities, provide solutions, and follow through to exceed customer expectations
Work collaboratively with inside sales, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless customer service
Act with honesty, integrity, and accountability while representing Intermountain Wood Products in the market
Qualification
Required
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience in relationship-based selling
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to learn product lines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Valid, clean driver's license
Pre-employment drug screening required
B2B sales: 1 year
Territory sales: 1 year
Preferred
Flooring, hardwood, cabinetry, or millwork industry experience
Some college education
Flooring: 1 year
