Required
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
10 years progressive related experience, including 5 years management‐level experience required
Advanced knowledge of software architecture
Advanced skill in project planning
Advanced understanding of business process workflows
Advanced skill in vendor management and contract negotiation
Advanced understanding of software implementation
Develops clear goals for meetings and projects
Develops and uses systems to organize and keep track of information or work progress
Talks to customers (internal or external) to find out what they need and how satisfied they are with what they are getting
Establishes workload priorities and consistently follows through with on‐time completion
Summarizes or paraphrases his/her understanding of what others have said to verify understanding and prevent miscommunication
Effectively applies technical knowledge to solve a range of problems
Frequently sitting
Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 15 lbs
Occasionally standing and walking
Infrequent domestic travel for conferences and visiting other organizations
Infrequent international travel to meet with customers on the field to understand business processes
Preferred
5 years experience in data analysis and visualization preferred
3 years experience in implementing and supporting software projects preferred
5 years working in a senior level role within MAF's ESS department preferred
IIBA CBAP or equivalent preferred within first year
