Director of Operations
Associa is a leading company in community management with over 225 branch offices across North America. The Operations Director will lead the team to ensure employee and client retention and growth, overseeing accounts and implementing necessary processes to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
Oversees accounts in the assigned portfolio
Assists in implementing processes, procedures, and systems associated with branch initiatives and company-wide business processes
Direct operations staff to research and resolve client issues
Interact with other departments in the pursuit of client services
Support the management team
Qualification
Required
FL CAM License required
Ability to train required
3+ years of management/supervisory experience required
Knowledge of Business Math at a proficient level
Strong Financial Acumen
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level
Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
Initiative and problem-solving abilities
Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
Community Association Management: 8+ years (Required)
Training Employees (Required)
Florida Valid LCAM License (Required)
Preferred
8+ years of Community Association experience and Portfolio Management experience preferred
Willingness To Travel: 50% (Preferred)
