The ideal candidate will have a strong HVAC background and will assist technicians and customers with sourcing and ordering HVAC parts, while maintaining inventory records and providing general office support.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians and customers with identifying, sourcing, and ordering HVAC parts

Maintain and update inventory records accurately

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and vendor communication

Provide general office support including documentation, data entry, and phone support

Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication

Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient parts room operations

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience

Strong understanding of HVAC parts, equipment, and terminology
