Inventory Control Associate

The Inventory Control Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are provided to the manufacturing floor according to schedule.

Responsibilities
Pick kits of material for manufacturing
De-trash boxes of received materials and put materials away
Verify paperwork and packaging of materials, printing required labels and paperwork
Receive materials in system by performing computer transactions
Move materials to inspection or stock holding areas
Work with Purchasing, Engineering or Quality to receive materials when discrepancies are identified
Cross train and assist in other areas as needed including: Stockroom, Cycle Counting, Shipping support
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Displays a high-level critical thinking and analysis
Ability to actively follow detailed directions written and verbal
Demonstrated highly motivated strong leadership and teambuilding skills with self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a 'hands on' mentality
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication in person, over the phone, email, internet or in writing in a positive and always in a professional manner
Ability to work with minimal supervision and make productive use of time
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Preferred
Inventory Control and Receiving experience in the PCBA industry
MRP Knowledge and/or experience
