Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and policy renewals
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to customize insurance solutions based on client needs
Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients to understand their insurance needs
Analyze client policies and coverage to identify gaps and recommend appropriate adjustments
Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, outlining coverage options and premiums
Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals in collaboration with underwriters and administrative staff
Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and records
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably in a brokerage or agency environment
Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and risk management principles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance management software
