Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale IT migration and systems integration impacting both Medicaid and Medicare member experiences
Act as the primary program lead, coordinating across business, technology, vendor, and compliance stakeholders
Own and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
Drive clear, proactive communication with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment with CMS, HIPAA, and enterprise healthcare standards
Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and momentum across multiple workstreams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project or program management experience, including ownership of large IT migrations or integrations
Healthcare industry experience required, with strong preference for Medicaid, Medicare, or payer-side platforms
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs with executive-level visibility
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
Confident, adaptable, and personable—able to build trust quickly and navigate ambiguity
Comfortable engaging with technical teams and senior business leaders
Detail-oriented yet able to operate at a strategic, enterprise level
