Responsibilities

Monitoring help desk phones, e-mails and other electronic problem reporting mechanisms
Makes sure they are responding appropriately in a precise and timely manner
Provides computer hardware, software, and network problem resolutions
Implements and installs new computer solutions, and contributes to logistical solutions for unit needs
Utilizes Problem Management database to register problems and record most effective solutions

Required

Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field
two (2) years of related experience
