Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the designer to create master patterns from sketches and illustrated concepts
Clearly communicate sample construction details to the designers, sample sewers, and atelier manager
Work with designer to fit prototypes and alter pattern pieces
Partner with Production to finalize patterns prior to factory handover
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the pattern development process
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in a contemporary or designer women's RTW market
Experience working with a wide range of fabrics, including leather, suiting, jersey, and fluid wovens
Fluent English communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Gerber is a strong plus
Working knowledge of Cantonese is a strong plus
