Work with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify the right home within our portfolio to fulfill their preferences
Maintain communication with prospective customers through the selling and construction process
Help buyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire buying process
Qualification
Required
On-site development experience selling luxury residences is required
Utmost professional—polished and engaging
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
Knowledgeable, highly motivated and hardworking — high level of ethics and integrity
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and work effectively as part of a team
Enthusiastic, high-energy demeanor
Proactive follow up with prospective customers
A strong desire to achieve success, open to, and good at learning new skills and knowledge
Florida Real Estate Sales License in good standing is required
A valid driver's license is required
Ability to work weekends
Reliably commute, or plan to relocate prior to starting is required
