Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
Conduct regular inspections of property systems and structures to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication throughout the resolution process
Participate in Emergency/After Hour On-call for resident emergencies, including nights and weekends

Qualification

HVAC certificationElectrical repairsPlumbing repairsProperty management softwareTroubleshooting skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related technical field, preferably within property management
Proficiency in performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
HVAC certification required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed

Preferred

Experience working with property management software and maintenance tracking systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
