Responsibilities

Create tailored training and education materials to support the successful adoption of new processes and tools:
Develop resources for end-users, vendors, and site-level teams to facilitate smoother transitions and implementation
Support MB-DMI (Model-Based Manufacturing Definition for Manufacturing and Inspection) integration efforts, aligning with Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL):
Ensure seamless integration with digital manufacturing and inspection processes to improve readiness and operational efficiency
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver future-state solutions that positively impact cost, quality, and speed across manufacturing and business operations
Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, Chiefs, and Fellows across Manufacturing and Quality functions to:
Identify and address process gaps, assessing potential ROI through the implementation of new tools
Drive the development of a strategic plan to integrate digital threads across business processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Provide a system-level perspective across PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms to ensure full-scale digital integration and interoperability

Required

Bachelors Degree and minimum 12 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Engineering Design, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, or equivalent fields, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Demonstrated expertise in change management leadership and process CORE skills
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software packages, such as Teamcenter
Proficiency in creating CAD models, Bills of Material, and managing the lifecycle of these items
Advanced proficiency with productivity software, including O365, JIRA, Smartsheets, and similar tools

Preferred

Expertise in leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), disciplines, and product owners to enable codified future-state business processes powered by digital transformation
Strong ability to influence without direct authority while holding teams and individuals accountable
Familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., Solumina), PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Knowledge of ASME Y14.5-1994 and ASME Y14.5-2018 standards
Experience with Model-Based Definition, Manufacturing, and Inspection practices
