Responsibilities

Answers telephone and processes diet orders, special diets instructions, transfers, discharges and guest tray information. May screen diet order for accuracy

Updates and maintains patient data files within appropriate software system/database

Assembles appropriate tray tickets/menus, verifies consistency with appropriate software system/database and troubleshoots variances making changes or adjustments as needed

May write special diets as needed

Provides and posts production tallies for food items to appropriate food service area according to scheduled time

Required

1 year of relevant experience Customer-facing Service on phone or face to face; customer service and/or managed health care

Servsafe Food Allergy needs by 90 days

Servsafe Food Protection Manager

Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent

High volume call center and Electronic Medical Record experience
