Fintech Sales Development Representative
MOHR Talent is a leading company in the healthcare and technology space, seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support its Field Sales team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition by engaging with medical and dental practices to help them adopt digital payment solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to healthcare practices nationwide to pitch the value proposition and schedule on-site or virtual meetings
Work closely with Field Sales representatives to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Use marketing collateral and digital resources to nurture prospects
Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as call volume, appointment goals, and call quality
Engage with existing clients to generate referrals
Provide feedback to improve processes and messaging
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of high-volume phone prospecting or inside sales experience
Strong time management skills and self-motivation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using video conferencing for presentations
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and call automation tools
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, financial, or tech sales is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
