Responsibilities

Plans, directs, schedules, and supervises work performed by the PPOB through subordinate team leaders

Directs the processing of a variety of personnel and payroll actions (e.g. accessions, separations, settlement agreements, lump sum payments)

Oversees the administration of Agency billings and collections of salary overpayments

Plans, directs, schedules and oversees the administration of the Bureau's time and attendance program

Oversees administration and maintenance of the electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPF) and payroll folders

Managing or leading a team

Applying knowledge of Pay and Compensation policies, regulations, and standards

Reviewing, analyzing, and resolving payroll and personnel system errors

Providing technical advice to senior management, supervisors and employees on a wide variety of payroll and related pay and leave administration issues
