Landscape Project Manager

Florida Nursery, Growers & Landscape Association (FNGLA) is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee installation crews and manage multiple job sites. This role requires strong organizational skills and field experience to ensure high-quality project execution.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage landscape installation crews
Coordinate all contractors, crew members, and job activities
Read and execute from blueprints/designs
Oversee multiple job sites simultaneously
Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
Report directly to the owner
Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager

Qualification

Landscape managementConstruction managementFlorida plant knowledgeOrganizational skillsBilingual

Required

5+ years of experience in landscape, construction management, or a related field
Knowledge of Florida plant material and permitting processes
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with multiple trades and in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance (company polos provided)
Must live within a 30 minutes radius of St. Petersburg, FL
