Responsibilities
Remove blocks of cheese from totes, load them onto conveyor systems, and monitor robotic palletizing equipment that stacks finished cases for distribution
Operate and maintain advanced packaging machinery, drive forklifts as needed, and ensure products meet high standards through consistent quality inspections
Troubleshoot, make timely decisions, and maintain accurate inventory records, all while adhering to strict safety and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School or GED preferred
Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry strongly preferred
Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing between 20–50 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and exposure to vibration
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery
