Electronic Banking & Payment Manager

Responsible for electronic banking policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including PCI, NACHA, FFIEC, ADA, and Reg E
Develops, updates, and monitors policies and procedures for all Electronic Banking processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including PCI, NACHA, FFIEC, ADA, and Reg E
Oversees daily operations of Electronic Banking, including customer service support, operating systems, vendor management, planning, development, and marketing support
Processes the credit and debit card platforms: program administration, chargebacks, disputes, fraud monitoring, network relationships, and customer support
Works with business units to plan, design, develop, and implement goals that support the growth and profitability of digital banking and payment products

Required

Responsible for the development, daily operations, and continued improvement of the Bank's digital banking and payments products and services
Oversight of the credit and debit card platforms, online and mobile banking, bill pay, and instant payment applications
Responsible for electronic banking policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including PCI, NACHA, FFIEC, ADA, and Reg E
Develops, updates, and monitors policies and procedures for all Electronic Banking processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including PCI, NACHA, FFIEC, ADA, and Reg E
Oversees daily operations of Electronic Banking, including customer service support, operating systems, vendor management, planning, development, and marketing support
Processes the credit and debit card platforms: program administration, chargebacks, disputes, fraud monitoring, network relationships, and customer support
Works with business units to plan, design, develop, and implement goals that support the growth and profitability of digital banking and payment products
+ Significant experience with deposit services, electronic banking operations, and card platform management
+ Proficiency with banking core systems (e.g., FIS Horizon XE.)
