Responsibilities
Assist engineers with the design, development, testing, and implementation of projects
Conduct research and gather data to support engineering tasks
Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and technical documentation
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to solve engineering challenges
Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Maintain accurate records of work and documentation
Attend team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong academic performance and basic understanding of engineering principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with [AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or other relevant tools] is a plus
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Pursuit of degree in engineering-related field (such as but not limited to Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, General Engineer, , etc.)
Comprehension of technical documents (P&IDs, manuals, engineering drawings, test protocols)
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects or tasks
Enrolled in a degree program during the Spring term preceding internship
Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies and a 3.0 GPA or higher
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S
Successfully pass a background check and drug screen
