Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire
Build and integrate secure, scalable APIs aligned with architectural standards
Support internal and external stakeholders by resolving inquiries related to inputs, outputs, and system usage
Ensure solutions align with strategic goals, quality standards, and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, testing, and implementation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with the Quadient Inspire Platform, including Designer, Scaler, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, and Approve Workflow
Strong API experience (REST, SOAP, and related protocols)
Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and shell scripting
Working knowledge of SQL databases
Experience using GitHub or similar version control tools
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
