Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products, services, orders, and complaints

Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Provide updates to customers on order status, delays, or changes

Prepare and send product or service quotes in a timely and professional manner

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issues and resolutions

Coordinate with finance to help resolve billing questions or discrepancies

Identify and escalate unresolved customer concerns when necessary

Suggest additional products or services that may benefit customers

Monitor the order fulfillment process to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
