Responsibilities

Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for large renewal accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Revenue Retention & Growth: Focus on retaining existing revenue while identifying and executing on opportunities for growth within assigned accounts
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Ad Operations teams to coordinate campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, positioning Strategus as a trusted partner
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and drive long-term business growth
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review account performance and deliver detailed reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Sales & Retention Metrics: Meet or exceed retention and growth targets as defined by the company, contributing to overall revenue goals
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly within CTV and programmatic media
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results that align with company objectives
