Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of plumbing trade and retail accounts
Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and developers
Act as the primary point of contact from product selection through order completion
Prepare and present plumbing product specifications, quotes, and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams (showroom, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Track orders, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support
Maintain accurate account notes and sales activity in CRM systems
Stay informed on product lines, industry trends, and new offerings
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient with CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
Preferred
2+ years of sales or account management experience (plumbing, construction, or related industry preferred)
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, valves, and rough/trim products strongly preferred
