School Sales Manager
GIBBON North America is a leading company in slackline products and innovation, seeking a School Sales Manager to drive sales growth in schools. The role involves building relationships with educational institutions, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer success with GIBBON's products.
Responsibilities
Grow sales pipelines in schools
Prospect, outbound, and convert leads
Attend industry trade shows and other live events
Build long-term customer relationships
Help us scale into new schools, school districts, etc
Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities
Build relationships with decision makers: superintendents, teachers, principals, directors, purchasers, managers, coaches and more
Assist in building educational tools that will help our customers be successful with our products
Collect testimonials, success stories, and feedback to support future growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience selling to public and private elementary, middle and high schools, and colleges
Comfortable with outbound outreach, presentations, travel, networking, and closing deals
Passionate about wellness, kids, fitness, and emotional and behavioral health
Entrepreneurial - you love fast moving environments and building things from the ground up
Excellent communicator with a knack for simplifying and explaining product value
Well organized and maintain a detailed, up to date record of progress at all times
Data driven - you are good with numbers and are well versed programs like Excel
Comfortable with using CRM tools to streamline business processes
