Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure long-term success

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing accounts needs and concerns promptly

Understand client objectives and align company offerings to meet those goals

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support

Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for internal and client review

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead negotiations for renewals and expansions

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and problem resolution

Help with forecasting sales on assigned accounts

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

5+ years of sales/key account management experience

Strong Microsoft office skills

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ability to work well independently

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to structure sales deals, collaborate with team members, & reach pivotal steps in the sales cycle

Travel up to 75% is required including customer visits, plant visits and office visits with team members
